If anyone in the Senate is concerned about the deficit they would raise taxes on the wealthy. The wealthy are so wealthy that they absolutely do not need a tax cut. The wealthy corporations and individuals didn’t need a tax cut in 2017 and they sure as hell don’t need one now.

Raise their taxes. Deficit problem solved!
