1. Its an interesting 1st amendment question

Personally, I like the law and the protections for kids - they should not be on social media at younger ages. And many, many parents don't seem to be able to do an effective job of policing them that are on there.

But I am a (near) 1st amendment absolutionist. So I am also doubting myself because of that internal conflict.
