ICE is NOT in the hospitality business. They're in the PUNISHMENT business. Their detainment system is autocratic and prejudicial. Continuing deaths are expected. Or they should be. Kristi Noem is the perfect arbiter of life and death in ICE policy. She obviously loves the power. She treats immigrants like she treats dogs.
