... without question from the Justice or Congressional branches. Watch how quickly they reverse this decision if a democrat takes the office. Unless Trump declares elections are postponed.
Notice how they generously allowed groups and individuals to sue? - Right after the court decided anyone suing the government has to post a huge bond to pay the govt legal team if they lose. That's anywhere from a half million dollars to millions.

+1. On positive side, we aren't bound by 5th Circuit, arguably most right-wing federal appellate court in the country.

How would his son's citizenship be a problem? Trump , who is the father, is a citizen so his son is also.

She didn't become a citizen until after he was born thus Barron isn't a full citizen even if he was born here.
