Oh wait, Jake Tapper, you say that is the cloned robot that they replaced the real Joe Biden with after he died. 
Just in case anyone did not get the sarcasm, I put the sarcasm smiley in the post. Yes, the title of the post is also meant to be sarcastic. Joe Biden looks pretty good for a guy who, according to Jake Tapper seemed like he might need a wheelchair. Seeing President Biden in Minnesota and thinking about the comparison between President Biden and Donald Trump's current health states, I can see why people are angry about Jake Tapper's book.
