It sounds like indentured servitude; employers literally owning their immigrant workers, with the right to deport them if they don't work hard enough. Or farm encampments where immigrants are confined, renting shacks and buying food from farm-owned stores. It sounds like Trump wants to bring back the old plantation system, complete with overseers, segregated quarters and slave patrols (ICE) to hunt immigrants down when they escape.
