The 40 hour work week
Overtime pay for 40+ work weeks
Paid Holidays
Paid sick days
Safe work environments
Bereavement pay
Equal pay for women to men for the same job requirements, education, etc.
Holding Corporate entities accountable for violations
Protected pensions

And so much more...
