Texas’ chief financial officer who manages the voucher program — has prevented Islamic schools from participating in the program over claims that some are associated with foreign terrorist organizations.

Facts not in evidence. But, in that same vein, can the state of Texas deny funds to Orthodox Jewish schools, allied with AIPAC, that favor the genocide/removal of Palestinians in Gaza because of their Holy Book?
