I do recall someone saying that McCain "never heard of a war he didn't like."
i didn't follow Graham back then, but a few years back would have called him one of the "adults in the room." A name we give to people RW enough to work with Trump but still in possession of some expertise, experience, and common sense. Rubio too.
That doesn't exist any more. They are all sociopaths-in-training; Lord of the Flies expanded from an island to a country and aspiring to the whole planet.
