The AI scribe decided on its own that I had breast cancer when I do not! My PCP did not catch it, but I always read their notes and I did and broght it to her attention. She was appalled and corrected it, but it had already snowballed into several other things such as interpretation of CT scan results, so others had to correct their errors as well.

What if we hadn't caught these errors??? This could be life threatening under just slightly different circumstances.

I know doctors are overworked, but this is not the answer.

FUCKING AI! I hate it!
