This is a perfect metaphor for Trump's insane reign. The only departures from the norm that make it novel are that 1) there seems to be some kind of prosecution and 2) it's some minor player wetting his beak.

Of course, the reason for departure #1 is obviously departure #2! You have to kick up to the boss in this repulsive mafia Presidency.
