Is he gaming markets for oligarch bros.?

Is it a war against liberal investors? Ask because George Soros' #1 pick for the year was China's Amazon - Alibaba. Tariffs cut BABA's advance off at the knees. If George stated he lost a lot of money and was giving up on BABA, I bet Trump tariffs on China would disappear fast.
