What is the diff between drag and drop, and copy and paste? [View all]

I'm trying to post a photo on ebay. It tells me to drag and drop a photo. I try copy and paste. Doesn't work.

How does one drag and drop a photo that is already on eBay under another seller's listing to my eBay listing?

(selling a CD album)
