1. There are metalheads here. :) But the new YT account that's from is almost entirely AI videos - AI art and music.

Which have had almost no views, though there are dozens of AI videos there. So the person with that YT channel uploaded 8 Sepultura tracks, just yesterday, probably to get more views and try to draw attention to their AI music. Whoever has that account might be a real Sepultura fan, but the move looks awfully cynical.

The account description says everything there is copyright by the account - which it is NOT, because what's AI generated can't be copyrighted. The account description also says the videos were made using Suno.ai - one of the generative AI tools most notorious for ripping off all the copyrighted music they could grab for training their AI.

Whoever has that account had the sense to add Sepultura's full credits to the 8 videos of their music apparently being used as window dressing for what's basically a fake art and music AI account. They could have been sued otherwise.
