3. This reminds me of the selling of buildings, etc. in Flint MI.

I know it would slow him down, and so it would never be done... but as co-owners of every single monument, I believe taxpayers should be able to vote whether or not to close any particular monument. Somehow, we have to rip the ropes of power out of his hands and back into ours. Public land is there for public use; not for corporate gain (much to their everloving dissatisfaction!)
