Not much traffic on the parkway at that time. I doubt a crash that bad happens at the very low speed limit, but strange things happen in our city. Popville always has completely bonkers photos of impossible car crashes. At least there were 2 vehicles in this crash. A lot of times there is only 1 vehicle and a building or something like that.
