I keep seeing him say his hands are tied by the Republican legislature. Maybe so but at least get out there and be vocal and advocate for all the right things to fight this damn virus. Sitting in your office in your parka doing Zoom press conferences on WisconsinEye isn't doing anyone any good and allows Vos and Fitzgerald to effectively run the state unopposed.
