VP Kamala Harris does not seek the Democratic nomination for the 2028 US Presidential Election. Wes Moore will be the other person to seek the Democratic nomination for the 2028 US Presidential Election if Kamala Harris does not run.
Barack Obama-IL and Kamala Harris-CA got promoted to a nationwide elected office after a 4 year service in the US Senate.
Obama got elected to the US Senate in 2004/President in 2008.
Harris got elected to the US Senate in 2016/Vice President in 2020.

Alsobrooks has been
Prince George’s County MD State Attorney for 8 years(2011-2019)
Prince George’s County MD County Executive for 6 years(2019-2025)
US Senator from MD since 2025.

Moore has been Governor of MD since 2023.

Angela Alsobrooks-MD/Bob Casey-PA ticket in 2028

Wes Moore-MD and Josh Shapiro-PA gets elected to the US Senate in 2030 if Angela Alsobrooks-MD and Bob Casey-PA get elect President/Vice President in 2028.
