Filing taxes on line with H and R Block [View all]

Last night I started to do my taxes with H and R Block. I have used them on line in the past but NEVER experienced this nonsense when I paid LESS and had NO "Tax Pro". I am not able to get their "tax pro" to help and the on line service will not allow me to see ANY of my forms or progress and I already paid them $144. I make under $40,000 a year in CA and can't afford to file with a different company at this point. The $144 was 3 times what they normally charge me and their on line help from their "tax pro" to "help" has been just the opposite. He has helped me get an ulcer instead and has me in tears from the anxiety for the last 24 hours. I have disability retirement and I can't even access that info to fill out forms myself. What should I try?

Would going into an H and R Block office in person be any help at all? I'll probably start to cry out of frustration alone. The computer system they have is screwing me BIG TIME and I am a tech moron so I am VERY, VERY UPSET!!!

I have since learned that H and R Block is fined $7 million for their fraudulent on line system. But that does not help me now. I doubt I owe any money but I can't visually see any of my forms to try to begin to figure out what is going on from their. How is this so called "EASY" (and expensive) process going to get fixed by tax day?
