For some reason 2 of my credit cards sent amendments to terms. [View all]

The one seems pretty normal, but the other seems wacko. Total minimum payment due is the sum of all past due plus current charges. Not that I ever use the card. I'll cancel it when there's a yearly fee. But that change sure sounds like they're going to collect ALL outstanding charges each month. Does that make any sense? Why have credit card if it's all due every month? Does that mean the bank is in trouble? No rolling credit amounts from month to month?

Plus, everyone using or granted credit is now responsible. This is worse than getting married.

Plus they can collect information from anyone about cardholders.
