Location, Location, Location? I'm male so my perspective may be distorted but My wife and I have been married 41-1/2 years and the only crime either of us experienced was an attempted break in at the house. Came home and found a foot print on the door where someone attempted to kick in the door. My neighbor has had his vehicles broken into twice but he use to not lock them and we do. Prevention saved us.

We live in a subdivision of SFD on 1/2 acer lots and after the attempted break in have a security system. We are both very careful when we go out and now that we are both >60 seldom go out after dark.
