58. The 81.4 is from the chart that started this thread

The 81.4 is near the bottom of that chart. The reports I have read is the 60 to 90 % I mentioned, but the CHART clearly shows a 81.4%. That number in the chart is claimed to be ALJ, Appeals Council, and Federal District Court combined. I was making my objection to that number for even if true it is mostly at the ALJ Level NOT above those levels.
