2. I'm with you and hope the docs can figure it out

Even "standard" cancer treatments are experimental. My doc just informed me after my last round of a standard 12 rounds that there's a trial now for 6 rounds vs. 12. I asked him what the 12 "standard" is based on---"wasn't that based on research or a trial?" and he just shrugged. So it's all experimental, yours and mine.
