I want to reduce stress in my life, improve my ability to manage stress that I cannot remove, make healthier food choices and spend more time playing. My hope is that making changes in this direction will lead to being two dress sizes smaller by summer.

I think I've identified my main issues:

Stress
Sugar and white starch
Not enough fruits and vegatables
Too much screen time
Stress
and stress...
