What are you reading this week of October 16, 2016? [View all]

Anarchy and Old Dogs, the 4th in the Dr. Siri series by Colin Cotterill. I got to wondering how this English author got to be so knowledgeable in Laotian politics and history. Discovered he is quite an amazing person who is living in Southeast Asia where he has set up a project to send books to Lao children and sponsor trainee teachers. The "Books for Laos" program elicits support from fans of his books and is administered purely on a voluntary basis. This year, he is directing his efforts toward a nonprofit publishing project in Laos, Big Brother Mouse. Awesome.

Listening to A Dedicated Man by Peter Robinson, the second in the Inspector Banks series.

What awesome authors are you reading this week of October 2, 2016?
