to take him in the first round of the draft. Having had him on the team, they traded him to Dallas for a fourth round pick. In essence they figured it was better to flush 4 first round picks (Lance’s and the three they paid for him), and a second round pick rather than keep him on the roster.

Jerry Jones is a football genius. He’s been proving it ever since he got rid of Jimmy Johnson. 🙄
