2. Apparently there has been a feral population of monk parakeets in Chicago since the '60s

I certainly didn’t know about it, but maybe they’re moving out to the suburbs. They’re certainly welcome, he was very entertaining. And with the warmer and less snowy winters we’ve had recently I guess if they can find enough feeders they can overwinter.
