Half the time I'm alone I like it (going shopping, reading, walking) but other times I do wish I had a close buddy to do things with (other than my husband.)

I like the fact that you don't like to be bossed and vice versa.

The one person I could call a close friend (we only see each other about once a year) is very bossy. One evening or event with her - it takes me days to recover. I never understand how someone can be so overbearing and not be aware of it. Every single opinion she holds has to be the RIGHT one. Just try and disagree with her - she will argue with you "til the cows come home" as my mother would say. I just give up!!
