1) Check below to see if your state has current legislation in the pipe; if so, contact your legislator(s) and let them know you support it, and they should too!
2) If you know of pending legislation (or an update) and it's not listed here, post in the thread and we'll get it up on the big board! Be sure to include links to the legislative language, a news story, contact information for lawmakers, etc.
3) CHECK BACK REGULARLY! This is a living document, an activist's toolbox; it's as good as you help make it.
