9. Circling back to see what you thought of it.

I enjoyed it. I went with a buddy who is a casual Star Wars fan and hadn't seen the series, and he liked it, too. In the final analysis though, I guess i was hoping for something a bit deeper. The story did nothing to advance the character arcs of either Mando or Grogu, they were essentially the same at movie's end as they were when it began. It was, as so many have pointed out, just several episodes of the show stitched together.

If they want to continue making theatrical features and having them be successful at the box office, I think they're going to need to make a better effort going forward.
