Is take the word SHOULD out of their vocabulary.

Trumps word smithing proves his people were wrong. An NCO in the military with a little experience handling and transmitting classified documents knows trump lied about an incredibly important piece of information. Or as Senator Duckworth said, he was not telling the truth. It was his attempt to save the day and he failed. Miserably.
