2. I'm confused since I remember they debated this bill a few years ago, sponsored by Senators Whitehouse and Rubio

And that it miraculously passed unanimously. I don't know if they decided to go with Daylight or Standard Time, or if that was included, but I kept waiting for the bill to be sent to the House which we were told was the next step.
