How would another AG have overcome the obstruction, delays, and immunity imposed by the Roberts court, and go to trial before the election?

“More aggressive” is not an answer based in reality.

If Trump had lost the election, then yes, perhaps we’d be following one or more of his trials right now.

But he didn’t lose, and that’s nothing Garland had any control over.
