Gravel pit conditions are going to degrade very rapidly.

Looking at the cages themselves I am reminded that chain link fences are usually intended to keep passers-by out and not to keep people confined.

You couldn’t pay me to be near that place, much less a guard. Ugliness is going to ensue. Not a matter of if, but when.
