First day of college was 9/11, NYU. Got covered in the concrete dust and presumably dead people ash.
During Covid, when they announced the NYC subway was shutting down at night I remember thinking to myself "The city that never sleeps is going to sleep".
We're all emotional creatures that have been primed for years for this. We aren't crazy, we are responding to stress in different ways.
You deserve the right to feel crazy. I find it quite liberating.
If you were investing in bitcoin then I'd unironically call you a crazy person.
