Trump claims the Social Security Administration is a huge mess, poorly managed, wasteful, filled with fraud and abuse.

Musk and his Merry Men screw up the SSA system. System becomes unreliable and screwed up.

Trump says "See, I told you so. Let's get rid of it."

And that's the plan.
