These rules target ALL discretionary grants. It goes WAY beyond dismantling scientific and medical research and driving talent to other countries.

The proposed OMB rule gives political appointees the power to review, deny, or terminate all federal discretionary -- and that includes housing, agriculture, and transportation, -- that do not "demonstrably advance the President’s policy priorities."

They seek this power because Vought intends to use it.

If allowed to go into effect don't be surprised when OMB immediately terminates ALL discretionary grants. Every single f-ing one.
