So the QCD is deductible on federal income taxes, and on Minnesota income taxes ...

but essentially it is not deductible on the MN property tax refund form?

I should get in gear on the MN property tax refund -- its nominal due date is Aug 15 -- although they say that up to one year beyond that date is fine (in my "sick summer" of 2023 I didn't make the Aug 15 date). Anyway, it was quite worthwhile to fill out, I got a $520 refund for that one, and a $749 refund for last year.
