I suggested the movie to my sister and others who asked questions about how the conclave works. A few have watched it and found it boring. I guess that they thought it was going to be like some Da Vinci Code movie and a thriller.

I thought it was very well done with a great cast. I particularly liked that they gave Issabella Rossolini's character opportunities for "side-eye" and to confront the Cardinals at some point. The ending gave a nice little twist.

So, no. It was not some fantasy movie, but more based on truth and human nature than not, and very well presented
